Bread, bread and, more bread

Recently, I have tried to make bread. In the past, I have had great success and people have loved my recipe. It is simple.(I will post it once I have a nice loaf to take a picture of). The recipe makes two small loaves and, I cook it as two. I bought this awesome long pan that would make a longer loaf and thought it would work. I was terribly wrong. For people trying to make bread, do not use metal pans specifically with reds outsides. The pan will take in more heat and not help the cooking process of the bread. If you are trying to make bread, I recommend glass dishes. They work the best from my experience.
